Osaka Soda Co. Ltd., was founded in 1915 originally based on Chlor-Alkali production. Today the company has diversified into a wide range of chemical product areas with a growing emphasis on speciality chemicals.
We have been working together for the past 8 years concentrating on sales development of their range of Diallyl Phthalate resins (DAP) which are used in solvent-free UV inks for low energy cure high speed printing.
With the advent of new technology and the demands of customers to reduce their energy consumption DAP resins provide the possibility to significantly reduce the energy required in the printing process.
Our Products
Diallyl Phthalate Resins (DAP)
DAP is a thermosetting resin with many superior characteristics, including electrical insulation, heat and moisture resistance, chemical resistance and ease of molding. This means it may be used in a range of applications including electrical and electronic parts to inks and construction materials.
Diallyl ISO Phthalate Resins (ISO-DAP)
ISO-DAP resins are a more concentrated type of DAP thermosetting resin which may be used in low-energy cure solvent-free inks for high speed printing.
